Introductory Basic Gung Fu Classes for all Family members
These special skills will be taught in the student's Basic beginning Gung Fu 功夫 class. The introduction will
include history and origins of multiple Asian countries that have established martial arts' skills in their respected cultures. The techniques will be provided to each student practitioner (si-hing, to-dei ) as they developed and performed at their own comfortable range of learning skills. The student's learning ability will be graded individually as they progress.
These include : basic arms, hands, and various leg techniques prior to learning the many popular and traditional forms known as "kuens ". The initial techniques of each student will be closely watched to develop proper body alignment and posture.
A introduction to the Simple Chinese language will be provided as part of the traditional learning concept for a well-rounded program. Each student will advance on their own merit as an understanding of their mental and physical abilities to move forward for improvement. Questions are encouraged and is regarded as a good learning process to promote each individual's skill level. This also has proved to be a great positive tool for learning abilities.
The sessions varies for boys and girls from 5+ to 18 years of age. Each exercise program(s) will be designed to fit their specific needs. The adult classes for men and women are available to provide an opportunity to balance the physical and mental demands from their heavy daily activities. Again, the student will progress forward on their merit skills as each individual is judged upon their personal understanding of the techniques displayed.
The two different levels of instructions, may be combined to help develop modern situations to earn and to gain respect among fellow classmates. These concepts and ideas are easily recognized and accepted in "Far Eastern Asian Culture Philosophies ", as they compliment traditional family structure and family values.
